Joe is often referred to as an industry expert. His construction background and hands-on experience from the bottom up has truly made him the leader he is today. Joe’s success is built from hard work; having started his career on a Northern Michigan farm at the age of 12, a strong work ethic was instilled early and carried with him when he moved to Florida to begin working alongside his construction-based family in his early teens. He has worked his way through the trades as a framer, trim carpenter, roofer, project manager, salesman, and director of business operations, opening multiple metal roof manufacturing facilities in Florida and Alabama. Ultimately, it was his desire to be closer to family and the desire to positively impact his community that lead to the inception of Integrity Metals.
Cultivating a work environment based on teamwork, Joe leads by example! With customer service at the forefront and “doing the right thing, always” as the core value that drives the business, he and his team truly set themselves apart from competitors. Whether it’s keeping up with ever-changing industry standards, building strong relationships with engineers, architects and contractors, or emphasizing the importance of continuing education for he and his team, he works every day to ensure customers are receiving the best quality product from Integrity Metals. If Joe doesn’t have the answer, he will make it his mission to find it. If it hasn’t been done before, he will find a way to design and create it! Joe’s energy and passion for helping others is undeniable, positively impacting anyone who works with him. When he’s not working on a project of his own or growing the business you can find Joe spending time in the outdoors with his wife and their two sons, Greyson and Everett. He is an avid hunter and fisherman, and proud to be living his American dream.
Born and raised in Vero Beach, Fl and a graduate of Vero Beach High School, Ryan was raised in a construction family. He took his first job out of high school with a local roofing contractor and eventually began a 9-year career as a Diesel Technician working on high end yachts. He transitioned back into the construction world when he took a position at Gulf Coast Supply and Manufacturing, a large metal roof manufacturing company, as a production manager of their largest facility and then along-side his father prior to coming on board with Integrity Metals in September 2018. Ryan serves as General Manager at Integrity and brings a ton of industry expertise to our team. Wearing every hat in the company that is available to wear you’ll often find him running panels in the morning and writing invoices by lunchtime. In Ryan’s spare time you will find him spending time with his wife Alexa, usually spinning around the marsh in their airboat.
